LLM features and internal automation that solve a specific, measurable problem instead of demoing well and dying.
Debuggers Edge is a small senior engineering studio. We scope honestly, ship in weeks rather than quarters, and hand over code your own team can pick up and run with.

What we do
Most products need more than one of these. Having them under one roof is why a feature does not stall for two weeks waiting on an API from another vendor.

LLM features and internal automation that solve a specific, measurable problem instead of demoing well and dying.

Multi-tenant products with billing, roles and onboarding built in from the first sprint, not bolted on before launch.

iOS and Android apps that feel native, pass review the first time and hold up once real users arrive.

Marketing sites, dashboards and web apps built on a modern stack that stays fast as the feature list grows.

Pipelines, infrastructure and monitoring that let a small team release daily without anyone holding their breath.

Product design grounded in how people actually use the thing: researched, prototyped and delivered as a system engineers can build.

From idea to a first version in front of paying users: scoped ruthlessly, built properly, ready to grow.

An honest assessment of a codebase in trouble, and a team that can stabilise it without stopping the business.
Industries
Every sector has rules that shape the software: compliance, connectivity, how money moves. These are the ones we build for most.

Telemedicine, patient portals and clinical tools built around real workflows and a privacy-first architecture.

Payments, lending and finance tooling where correctness, auditability and security are the product.

Storefronts, apps and back-office tooling that load fast, convert and stay in sync with inventory.

From the first prototype to a platform that holds up under growth: a senior team for founders without one yet.

Learning platforms, course marketplaces and school tools that keep learners engaged and instructors in control.

Driver and technician apps, dispatch consoles and tracking that work where the signal does not.
How we work
Four phases, each with something concrete at the end of it. You always know what is being worked on and what it costs.
A paid discovery sprint. We map the problem, the users and the constraints, then hand you a scoped plan with fixed pricing, yours to keep whether or not you continue with us.
Flows, screens and architecture decided before anyone writes production code. You approve a clickable prototype and a technical plan, so there are no surprises in week six.
Two-week sprints with a working build at the end of every one. A shared board, a weekly call and direct access to the engineers writing the code, with no account manager in between.
Launch, monitoring and a handover that includes documentation and a walkthrough. Stay on a support retainer or take it fully in-house. Both are fine by us.
Why us
Agencies get a bad name for a handful of specific reasons. We designed the way we work around avoiding each one.
The people on your kickoff call are the people writing your code. Small team, no handoffs, no layer of account management translating your requirements badly.
Discovery produces a real estimate. You get a number and a date before you commit, and change requests get priced openly instead of quietly inflating an hourly bill.
Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and credentials are in your name from day one. Leaving is a permissions change, not a negotiation.
Tests, documentation and readable code, because most of our clients eventually hire an in-house team. We would rather be re-hired than depended on.
Selected work

Logistics
Technicians filled in paper job sheets that were re-typed into a spreadsheet two days later, so dispatch never knew what had actually been completed.
Job data available same-day instead of after 48h

Software
A two-person support team was spending most of its day categorising and routing tickets rather than answering the hard ones.
First-response time cut by more than half

Healthcare
Scheduling, reminders and payments lived in three disconnected systems, and reconciling them was somebody's entire Friday.
No-shows reduced by automated reminders
Next step
Tell us the problem in a few sentences. We will reply within one business day with an honest read on scope, cost and whether we are the right team for it.
