SaaS & Startups

A product team for startups that do not have one yet.

Design, engineering and infrastructure for founders who need to ship, learn and raise, without hiring six people before they know what the product is.

Speed matters. So does not rebuilding in a year.

Early-stage teams are pulled between two bad options: move fast with code that collapses at the first sign of traction, or build carefully and run out of money before launch.

We aim at the narrow path between them: a deliberately small feature set on foundations that will hold. When it works, you scale what you have rather than starting again with investors watching.

  1. No technical co-founder

Product decisions being made without anyone who can weigh what they cost to build.

  2. Too much scope, too little runway

A first version sized to match established competitors instead of testing one idea.

  3. A prototype that became production

A no-code build or quick proof of concept now carrying paying customers it was never meant to.

  4. Hiring is slower than the roadmap

Senior engineers take months to find, and the launch date does not move.

Solutions

What we build for saas & startups.

01

Zero to launch

Everything needed to get a first version in front of customers.

  • Discovery and scope cutting
  • Prototype and user validation
  • Web and mobile MVP build
  • Billing and onboarding
  • Product analytics
  • Launch and store submission
02

Scaling the platform

For products with traction and the growing pains that come with it.

  • Multi-tenancy and data isolation
  • Roles, teams and SSO
  • Performance and cost tuning
  • CI/CD and observability
  • Public APIs and integrations
  • Security review readiness
03

Embedded engineering

Senior capacity alongside the team you are building.

  • Engineers in your standups
  • Architecture and code review
  • Technical due-diligence preparation
  • Hiring support and interview help
  • Mentoring junior hires
  • Clean handover when you are ready

Built in, not bolted on

Ready for the questions investors and buyers ask

Enterprise customers and due-diligence teams ask the same things. It is easier to have answers than to retrofit them.

  1. You own the IP

Repositories, cloud accounts and domains in your company's name from the first commit.

  2. Security questionnaire basics

SSO, audit logs, encryption and access controls in place before a large customer asks.

  3. SOC 2 groundwork

Infrastructure, logging and change management set up so a later audit is a formality.

  4. Documentation that exists

Architecture, setup and runbooks written down, so the product does not depend on any one person.

FAQ

SaaS & Startups: common questions.

Do you take equity instead of fees?

No. We charge fixed prices and keep the relationship simple. It also means our advice on scope is not coloured by a stake in the outcome.

Can you act as our technical team for fundraising?

We can prepare architecture documentation, join technical due-diligence calls and answer investor questions about what was built. We will not pose as employees or co-founders.

What happens when we hire our own engineers?

That is the plan working. We document as we go, onboard your hires and step back at whatever pace suits you, including helping interview them.

How small a project will you take on?

A discovery sprint starts at $2,500 and stands alone. If the right answer is that you should not build yet, that is a cheap and useful thing to learn.
